Acceptable Use Policy
Effective Date: October 1, 2026
Please read this Policy carefully. It explains the rules for lawful and responsible use of Wi-Fiber Mobile Service. It is part of the Wi-Fiber Mobile Terms of Service and applies to every person who uses a line, Device, SIM, or eSIM on an account.
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to every Wi-Fiber Mobile wireless plan. It's part of your agreement with Wi-Fiber, Inc., together with its affiliates and/or distribution partners ("Wi-Fiber," "we," "us," or "our"). This AUP has been designed to protect our service, subscribers, and the community as a whole from illegal or otherwise objectionable activities or activities that may impair the networks used to provide wireless service (Service) or the experience of subscribers. This AUP should be read in conjunction with Wi-Fiber’s Service Agreement, Privacy Policies, and other applicable policies.
By using the Service, you agree to abide by, and require others using the Service via your account to abide by, the terms of this AUP.
Acceptable Uses
You may use the Service and conduct data sessions for the following non-commercial, individual consumer purposes: voice calling typical of an individual, non-commercial user of the Service, sending and receiving of messaging typical of an individual, non-commercial user of the Service, Internet access and browsing, email, and usage of applications approved by the manufacturer of your equipment or the developer of the operating system used on your equipment that are installed on your equipment.
Prohibited Uses
Users may not use, attempt to use, or allow the Service to be used for the activities below. Examples are illustrative and do not expand a prohibition beyond conduct that is unlawful, fraudulent, materially harmful, or inconsistent with disclosed Plan terms.
Unlawful or Harmful Conduct

Make or transmit unlawful threats; engage in unlawful harassment, stalking, extortion, coercion, trafficking, or fraud; facilitate imminent physical harm; or sell, purchase, or facilitate unlawful goods or services.
Knowingly create, solicit, access with intent to view, possess, or distribute child sexual abuse material, or knowingly exploit a minor in violation of law.
Distribute unlawful nonconsensual intimate imagery or disclose another person’s private information or precise location in violation of law or with intent to facilitate harm.
Infringe copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legally protected rights.
Initiate or facilitate calls, texts, multimedia messages, commercial email, or other electronic communications in violation of applicable consent, identification, registration, time-of-day, do-not-call, or opt-out requirements, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the CAN-SPAM Act, and applicable state laws; or send unsolicited bulk messages, unlawful robocalls or robotexts, phishing or smishing messages, one-ring scams, or other communications designed to deceive, defraud, harass, or cause harm.
Knowingly transmit inaccurate or misleading caller-identification or routing information with intent to defraud, cause harm, or wrongfully obtain anything of value.
Use automatic, sequential, or predictive dialing, message blasting, SIM farms, traffic pumping, access stimulation, artificial traffic generation, call-forwarding loops, or similar high-volume techniques unless expressly authorized by the applicable Plan or a separate written agreement and permitted by law; or evade spam controls, message filters, call-authentication systems, sender-registration requirements, or other controls intended to protect recipients or network integrity.
Obtain or attempt to obtain Service, Devices, promotions, credits, or refunds through false information, identity theft, payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or intent to avoid lawful payment; or create duplicate or coordinated accounts, lines, or identities to evade eligibility requirements, fraud controls, usage restrictions, or promotional limits.
Take over or attempt to take over another person’s account, line, telephone number, SIM, eSIM, Device, or credentials; request or facilitate an unauthorized SIM or eSIM change, number port, line transfer, device-financing transaction, or credential reset; use another person’s Service or network credentials without authorization; or activate or use a Device, SIM, or eSIM known to be lost, stolen, fraudulently obtained, or associated with an unauthorized account.

Introduce or distribute malware, ransomware, spyware, botnets, viruses, worms, destructive code, or tools primarily designed to compromise systems; or conduct denial-of-service attacks, flooding, mail bombing, unauthorized scanning, or other activity that materially disrupts or degrades a network, system, service, or another user’s access.
Circumvent or attempt to circumvent authentication, security, fraud-prevention, provisioning, metering, usage-accounting, rate-limit, or lawful network-management controls; falsify network-routing information or technical identifiers; or clone, counterfeit, improperly reprogram, or unlawfully alter a SIM, eSIM profile, IMEI, ESN, ICCID, telephone number, account token, or other network credential or device identifier.
Connect equipment that is unlawful, uncertified when certification is required, or reasonably likely to damage or materially interfere with the Service or the Network Provider’s network.
Resell, wholesale, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Service, or sell access to a line, SIM, eSIM, data allowance, telephone number, or compensated public Wi-Fi service, without Wi-Fiber’s written authorization.
Use a consumer Plan as a carrier trunk, public calling service, call center, bulk-messaging platform, SIM farm, machine-to-machine gateway, or other unauthorized specialized service; or aggregate, pool, or route traffic across lines or accounts to evade a Plan limit or provide service to unrelated third parties.
Knowingly use hotspot, tethering, a router, server, gateway, Internet-of-Things deployment, or another device category in a manner expressly prohibited by clearly disclosed Plan terms; or operate a continuously available public server or service that materially impairs the network.
Knowingly make hoax, fraudulent, or abusive calls or texts to 911, 988, emergency dispatch, or another public-safety or crisis service with intent to harass, disrupt operations, divert resources, or cause harm; impersonate a public-safety agency; or knowingly make a false emergency report for an unlawful purpose.
Interfere with Wireless Emergency Alerts, public-safety communications, emergency call routing, emergency location services, or lawful emergency-network operations.
Nothing in this Policy limits a User's lawful access to 911 or 988. Wi-Fiber will not restrict wireless 911 access where access must be provided under applicable law, including solely because an account is suspended, inactive, or cannot be validated.
Network Management, Call Blocking, and Message Blocking
Wi-Fiber and the Network Provider may use reasonable network-management practices to protect network security and integrity, reduce congestion, prevent fraud, manage limited radio resources, and provide reliable service. A reasonable network-management practice will have a primarily technical justification, will be tailored to a legitimate network-management purpose, and will be as application-agnostic as reasonably practicable.
Wi-Fiber and the Network Provider may block, label, filter, delay, or limit calls, texts, or data traffic when required or authorized by law; when based on reasonable, content-neutral analytics designed to identify traffic that is highly likely to be illegal, fraudulent, malicious, or harmful; or when reasonably necessary to address an imminent security or network threat. Wi-Fiber will not block or impair lawful Internet content, applications, services, or nonharmful Devices except as permitted by applicable law and reasonable network management.
Current information about network-management practices, performance characteristics, and commercial terms is provided in Wi-Fiber's Network Management Disclosure, Broadband Consumer Labels, Plan Terms and Data Policy, and other point-of-sale disclosures. Restrictions imposed by a Network Provider apply only to the extent they are disclosed or incorporated into the applicable customer terms and are consistent with applicable law.
Enforcement and Account Action
Wi-Fiber may investigate a suspected violation using reasonably available information, including complaints, account records, network and security telemetry, traffic patterns, fraud indicators, and information provided by the Network Provider, government authorities, or affected third parties. Wi-Fiber will evaluate the nature, severity, frequency, and apparent intent of the conduct and will seek to use measures proportionate to the risk and harm.
When reasonably practicable, Wi-Fiber will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to stop or cure a violation before terminating Service. Wi-Fiber may act without advance notice when it has a good-faith basis to believe immediate action is reasonably necessary to prevent imminent harm, stop illegal or fraudulent traffic, protect public safety, respond to a compromised account, comply with law or lawful process, or protect the Service or Network Provider's network from a material security threat. When reasonably practicable, Wi-Fiber will limit action to the affected line, feature, Device, or traffic.
An Account Holder may request review of an enforcement action through Customer Care. Wi-Fiber will provide any notice, credit, refund, restoration right, or cancellation right required by the Terms of Service or applicable law. Wi-Fiber will not retaliate against a User for making a good-faith complaint to Wi-Fiber or a government agency.
Privacy and Limited Monitoring
Wi-Fiber does not undertake a general duty to monitor the content of User communications. Wi-Fiber and its service providers may collect, use, retain, and disclose account information, customer proprietary network information, network metadata, location information, and, only when legally permitted and reasonably necessary, communication content to provide and secure the Service; prevent or investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents; protect Users and networks; respond to emergencies; comply with consent; or comply with applicable law and lawful process.
Wi-Fiber's Privacy Notice and legally required customer-information safeguards govern those practices. This Policy does not grant Wi-Fiber broader rights to use or disclose customer information than applicable law or the Privacy Notice allows.
Reporting Violations and Blocking Errors
To report suspected abuse, fraud, unlawful traffic, or a violation of this Policy, email abuse@wi-fiber.io. When available, include the affected telephone number or IP address, the date and time with time zone, a description of the conduct, and supporting records that may be lawfully shared. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, or unlawful content. For an immediate threat to life or safety, contact 911 or the appropriate public-safety authority instead of relying on email.
Policy Updates
Wi-Fiber may update this AUP prospectively to address changes in law, technology, network operations, fraud, or abuse. Wi-Fiber will make customers aware of these changes by posting the current version on this website. Revised versions of the AUP are effective immediately upon posting, so you should consult this document regularly to ensure that your activities conform to the most recent version. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, YOU SHOULD IMMEDIATELY STOP THE USE OF THE SERVICES AND NOTIFY THE WI-FIBER CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT SO THAT YOUR ACCOUNT MAY BE CLOSED.
State-Specific and Mandatory Rights
This Policy is intended to operate nationwide. If federal, state, local, or tribal law gives a User greater or nonwaivable protection, that law controls. Nothing in this Policy waives a nonwaivable consumer right, limits lawful access to a government complaint process, or authorizes conduct prohibited by applicable net-neutrality, privacy, telecommunications, disability-access, emergency-services, or consumer-protection law.
Nothing in the Account Holder responsibility or enforcement provisions limits an eligible survivor's right to request a line separation or other protection under the Safe Connections Act or applicable state law. Wi-Fiber will not condition a legally protected line-separation request on penalties, fees, or other requirements prohibited by law.
If a provision of this Policy is unenforceable in a jurisdiction, it will be enforced only to the maximum extent permitted there, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
