Autopay and ACH Terms
Effective Date: October 1, 2026
These AutoPay and ACH Bank Draft Discount Terms (“Discount Terms”) are part of the Wi-Fiber Mobile Wireless Terms of Service. “Wi-Fiber Mobile,” “Wi-Fiber,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Wi-Fiber entity identified as the service provider in your Wireless Terms of Service. These Discount Terms describe optional monthly bill-credit discounts. They do not replace, and are separate from, the recurring-payment authorization you provide when you enroll in AutoPay (see Section 5).
1. Standard Monthly Rate
Each Wi-Fiber Mobile plan has a standard monthly service rate. A price identified as being “with AutoPay and ACH bank draft” includes two separate monthly discounts totaling $10 per eligible line:
A $5 AutoPay Discount for maintaining automatic recurring payments using an eligible payment method; and
An additional $5 ACH Bank Draft Discount for making those automatic payments directly from an eligible checking or savings account through ACH bank draft.
The price shown as “with AutoPay and ACH bank draft” is therefore $10 less per month than the standard monthly rate for the same plan. Enrollment in AutoPay or ACH bank draft is entirely optional — you may pay by any other method we offer without enrolling, and doing so will not affect your ability to keep your service; it will only affect whether these discounts apply.
2. Eligible Payment Methods
The following payment methods qualify for the stated discounts:
ACH bank draft AutoPay: Qualifies for both discounts, for a total discount of $10 per month per eligible line.
Credit or debit card AutoPay: Qualifies only for the $5 AutoPay Discount. It does not qualify for the additional $5 ACH Bank Draft Discount.
Manual payments or no AutoPay enrollment: Do not qualify for either discount.
For example, if the advertised ACH AutoPay price is $40 per month, the credit or debit card AutoPay price is $45 per month, and the standard monthly rate without AutoPay is $50 per month.
3. Discount Eligibility
To receive an AutoPay or ACH Bank Draft Discount, you must:
Enroll in the applicable automatic payment option;
Maintain a valid and eligible payment method;
Authorize Wi-Fiber Mobile to automatically collect the full amount due on your account on the scheduled payment date; and
Keep your account active and in good standing.
Discounts apply only to the recurring monthly service charge for an eligible line. Unless Wi-Fiber expressly states otherwise, discounts do not apply to taxes, government assessments, device payments, activation charges, international services, roaming charges, one-time charges, late fees, returned-payment charges, or other additional amounts.
These discounts cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or applied retroactively. Other promotional discounts may not be combined with these discounts unless Wi-Fiber expressly permits it.
4. When Discounts Begin
If you enroll in AutoPay before your first bill is generated, the applicable discount may appear on your first bill. Otherwise, the discount will begin with the first full billing cycle after enrollment and verification of your payment method.
Enrollment in AutoPay or ACH bank draft does not change your responsibility to review your bill and pay all amounts due.
5. Automatic Payment Authorization
Enrollment in AutoPay or ACH bank draft requires a separate recurring-payment authorization, which is governed by the Electronic Fund Transfer Act and Regulation E, in addition to these Discount Terms. That authorization:
Must be a writing signed, or similarly authenticated, by you — including electronically, in accordance with the federal E-SIGN Act — identifying the payment method, the account to be charged, and the expected payment date;
Will state whether the amount charged may vary based on your monthly bill; and
Will be provided to you in copy form at the time you authorize it, and again on request.
Varying payment amounts. If the amount to be debited will vary from transfer to transfer, Wi-Fiber will send you notice of the amount and the date of the transfer at least 10 days before the scheduled payment date, unless you have agreed to a different notice arrangement permitted by Regulation E (for example, notice only when a payment falls outside an agreed dollar range). This notice will typically be provided through your monthly bill, made available consistent with your billing preferences.
The amount collected may include your monthly service charges, taxes, government assessments, device payments, usage charges, and other amounts shown on your bill.
These Discount Terms do not replace, and nothing in these Discount Terms limits, the separate recurring-payment authorization or the rights described in it.
6. Canceling or Changing AutoPay
Right to stop a payment. You may revoke your AutoPay or ACH bank draft authorization, or stop a specific scheduled payment, at any time. To stop a specific upcoming payment, notify us orally or in writing at least three (3) business days before the scheduled payment date; if you notify us orally, we may require you to also provide written confirmation within 14 days of your oral notice, as permitted by Regulation E.
Canceling AutoPay or your enrollment generally. You may cancel AutoPay or change your payment method at any time, through your online account, the Wi-Fiber Mobile app, or by contacting Wi-Fiber Mobile Customer Care using the number on your bill — the same channels available to you for enrollment. Canceling AutoPay does not cancel your mobile service.
Changing or canceling your payment method may, however, change your monthly rate:
If you change from ACH bank draft AutoPay to credit or debit card AutoPay, you will lose the $5 ACH Bank Draft Discount, and your monthly rate will increase by $5 per eligible line.
If you discontinue AutoPay entirely, you will lose both discounts, and your monthly rate will increase by a total of $10 per eligible line.
If you change from credit or debit card AutoPay to ACH bank draft AutoPay, you will become eligible for the additional $5 ACH Bank Draft Discount after the new payment method is verified.
Before you confirm a payment-method change through your online account, Wi-Fiber will display the resulting monthly rate and its effective date. Wi-Fiber will also send confirmation of the change. The new rate will ordinarily begin with the next monthly bill generated after the change.
Revoking an ACH or AutoPay authorization stops future automatic payments, but it does not eliminate amounts you already owe, and it does not prevent Wi-Fiber from using another lawful method to collect an outstanding balance or from suspending service for nonpayment consistent with the Wireless Terms of Service.
7. Failed or Returned Payments
If an automatic payment is declined, returned, reversed, or otherwise unsuccessful, Wi-Fiber may notify you and will provide at least 10 calendar days to correct or replace the payment method and pay the amount due.
If the problem is not corrected within that period, Wi-Fiber may remove the applicable discount beginning with the next billing cycle. The removal of a discount does not waive any late fee, returned-payment charge, suspension right, or other remedy permitted under the Wireless Terms of Service and applicable law.
Repeated returned or unsuccessful payments may result in removal from AutoPay or ACH bank draft eligibility. Wi-Fiber will notify you of the resulting monthly rate before it takes effect.
8. Changes to the Discount Program
Wi-Fiber may modify or discontinue these discounts by providing at least 30 days' advance notice, or any longer notice required by applicable law. The notice will state the nature of the change, the effective date, and the resulting monthly rate.
A change to the standard monthly rate for a plan will be handled under the notice provisions of the Wireless Terms of Service.
9. Your Rights Under Federal and State Law
Nothing in these Discount Terms limits, waives, or is intended to limit or waive any right you have under federal or state law, including:
Your rights under the Electronic Fund Transfer Act and Regulation E, including the right to a copy of your payment authorization, the right to advance notice of a varying payment amount, the right to stop a payment as described in Section 6, and the error-resolution rights described in your recurring-payment authorization;
Any additional disclosure, consent, or cancellation rights provided under the automatic-renewal or preauthorized-payment law of the state where you reside; and
Your right to cancel AutoPay through a method at least as simple as the method you used to enroll.
If a provision of these Discount Terms conflicts with a right guaranteed to you under federal or state law, the law controls, and we will honor the broader protection.
10. Questions and Billing Errors
Questions concerning enrollment, payment authorization, discount eligibility, or billing errors should be directed to Wi-Fiber Mobile Customer Care using the contact information provided on your bill or on the Wi-Fiber Mobile website.
